Interview
Met a recruiter at my college's career fair in early September and applied online. Got a call the next day to schedule an interview.
Interviewed later that week with two engineers. Questions were STAR formatted- I didn't practice these types of questions, so sometimes it was a little awkward when I missed a point in the STAR formula and they had to ask. Questions were all behavioral.
They asked a lot about how I worked with teams in prior roles, as well as some of the technical work I had performed. However, none of the questions were technical in nature. (I wasn't tested on technical knowledge, only asked what I had done.)
Be prepared to explain your work experience in great detail. Have behavioral situations ready to discuss in the STAR format.
Overall, the interview went well. It ended up taking about a month to finally hear back with an offer. Chevron is a massive company, so they don't move as fast as others. I got an offer, and I gladly accepted.

Great interview process, but poor follow-up communication. No technical questions, just general interview questions. Interviewers were engineers at Chevron and helped me understand the role better, but this also meant they knew very little about the hiring process itself.
