I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Chevron (Houston, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
Was emailed after meeting with a representative at a career fair at my college. We set up an interview time for an hour long interview. The interview included both technical questions and experiences based questions. They expected that experiences based questions would be answered in STAR format.
Phone interview followed by in person interview. Phone interview was basic questions with HR and a supervisor. In person was more technical questions. Nothing too crazy and felt more of a conversation. Over all decent interview and onboard experience
