On site interview consisted of two separate panel interviews. Extremely difficult behavior based questions asked throughout the entire interview - not your standard “tell me about a time you had a conflict and how you worked to resolved that and discuss the outcome” questions. CPChem is a very high caliber organization, however having extremely complex behavior based questions in an already high stress situation (interviewing) may lead to misses of adding high caliber employees to the organization, whose strength may not lie in answering complex behavior based questions.
