I applied online. I interviewed at Chewy in Nov 2020
Interview
Applied online and received an email to phone screen with HR the following week. Passed that round and was moved forward to participate in a phone interview with hiring manager. This was cancelled and rescheduled with someone above him in the hierarchy. Apparently the first interviewer was no longer with the company and had only been employed there a few months (red flag). I went ahead with the phone interview that was rescheduled with the other person and thought from my perspective there to be too many additional red flags. Do your research on the company and culture. Quick to hire and quick to fire. Same jobs posted online every week for the past year. No work/life balance (sleep next to your smart phone mentality) and prepare to walk on eggshells daily. I declined to continue.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in Jan 2019
Interview
Had two phone interviews and 6 in-person interviews. Cross functional interviewers. Interviewers were not very punctual. The recruiting coordinator seems to do her job only because she is forced to, not employee or candidate centered process.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy in Nov 2018
Interview
Initial phone screen, hiring manager phone call, second level manager video conference - follow-up after each stage in the process was exceptional. Credit to the talent acquisition team for being completely engaged throughout the process.
