The recruiter contacted via LinkedIn and scheduled 15 mins initial screening interview. The recruiter was quite nice and transparent in explaining the processes and in salary discussion. Immediately after the interview, I got an online invitation for a test with 12 questions on core Java concepts. Which I instantly attempted and cleared easily. Questions were quite straightforward and easy. Next round was 1 hr telephonic interview with technical architect, who asked a wide spectrum of questions ranging from core Java concept to Advanced Java. He also asked an algorithm which I was able to solve. But even after the good performance, I didn't get an offer as they were looking for local candidates.
