Got a call, went through intros, covered resume and only had 1 question - tell me your big metric that you improved.
I explained in great detail how we improved it. The overall process was strange. The company is fairly disorganized and most likely does not have what it takes to be a long term career possibility.
The interviewer called the wrong number which was not the best number to reach me at and they then proceeded to tell me we lost 10 min of the interview.
Overall the company needs to work on the engagement skills.

It was scenario based interview expecting STAR method answers from previous recent experience. I was asked about conflict with manager? How to handle tough team member? How to encourage the team of various backgrounds?

The proccess was very quick as I only had a phone screnng with the Recruiter, which was followed by an interview with the Site Lead, Sr. Ops Manager and HR BP.

From reading quite a few mixed interview reviews about chewy, I was weary of even scheduling one. Much to my surprise (not), the recruiter I was going to interview with had an “emergency”, and said they would reach back out later in the day to reschedule. It’s been about 2 weeks now since then, and I’m no longer interested in working with the brand. I feel sorry for anyone who works for them. If this is any indicator of how the company runs, then they’re in big trouble.
