I did three interviews - all over zoom - initial screen, the immediate supervisor, and HR. Each was about an hour. I thought I did well; they called and said they went internal.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy
Interview
HR was so nice and a joy to work with. I met with 4 others an hour each and they were all great. However, my resume was shared internally and someone reached out to a friend at my current place of employment to tell them I was interviewing. This was spread among my team and manager. I wasn’t given an offer at the end and was left being seen as disloyal to my current position. It was an all around bad experience and I cannot believe Chewy would be so unprofessional to a potential candidate they were speaking with.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy (Tampa, FL)
Interview
very formal, initial phone screen, then 1:1 meetings with a couple of other members. Final round was 4x back to back. My advice would be to learn the STAR method
No feedback unfortunately was given upon rejection

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chewy in Mar 2022
Interview
The process started with two separate phone/zoom screens, each for 30 minutes. I was told to expect an invitation for an on-site interview loop with 4-5 people, however I never heard back. I did follow up with the recruiter and was told that I wasn't a good fit for the role. I asked for feedback as to why I was not a good fit but she didn't have any.
