the interview process was much easier than i expected. only one interview with two managers over teams. some basic star format questions and some questions just to understand your personality. it felt like a genuine conversation the whole time until you get to the pay part. it's a little difficult to understand how much you will be paid. in short, the absolute most you will make is 60k and that's if you hit above your goal every month. i'm not sure why the account manager salaries range to 75k but i assure you, you cannot make that. it sounds like a promising job but the pay is just way too low when you factor in no gas card, the trips to the warehouses, and a low mileage reimbursement. the math shows you'll wind up spending the car reimbursement on gas, money on gas out of your own pocket, which leaves nothing for what the car allowance is actually for. had the pay been more competitive, i would've loved to accept the position
