I applied online. The entire process from applying to actually getting hired took roughly about four months. The interview itself was straightforward and very easy. Check in at the front desk where you are sent down the escalator to check in at another desk. There, you are given a number and instructed to go into the waiting area where a PowerPoint is being shown about the hiring process, and other important information. Once your number is called, you step out and go into the next room where the interview will be held. The interview is held in a bigger room in which multiple applicants are being interviewed at the same time. Interview consisted of a few scenario questions (extremely laid back and easy).
