Interview
Very in-depth, operations at the school level all vary depending on the principal. Had a very awesome school leader who exemplified what it was to be a principal, it played out during the interview and I appreciated that.

Interview
Slow moving. The procedure after the interview is an issue as well. There seems to be a disconnect between the schools and the downtown office which slows down the process. After the interview and a job offer is made, there is a lot of wait time which is difficult for the person being hired snd principal.
