straight forward interview. ask how comfortable you are bodily fluids. working with sever and profound children ( hospital setting). Patience is key to work with special needs children. If you do not have patience do not take this job.

Lengthy on boarding, out sourced using Harver, a third party company used to manage the hiring process. After interviewing at the specific department level. Department and talent are not in communication about where candidates are throughout the process.
Great. Once you meet the principal of the school you are interviewing for you’ll know the work culture. Make sure that your own personal values align with the mission and values of the school
Short and sweet, not to many questions almost just a meet and greet.
