I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chicago Public Schools (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2023
Interview
It was broken down into a two step interview process with a background check as a requirement. The interview process was straightforward and easy. I interviewed with the principal and assistant principal of the school. They had a lot of questions based on my experience and my goals. I felt like it was a good fit based on the questions and interest they took.
I met the staff it was basically just a meet and greet with minimum questions. They were very friendly and welcoming. There were about 3 to 4 people in the room.
