I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Chicago Trading Company (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2023
Interview
2 month long process with 4 rounds for a senior position. Mix of technical and behavioral looking at both positive and negative examples. Last interview had strange line of questioning that felt discriminatory or setting a trap, so even if they wanted to make an offer I don't think I would've taken it. I don't believe in their growth mindset values because they seem to be looking for candidates that have the perfect set of behaviors and technical skills to hit the road running. The entire process takes way too long that it increases your uncertainty and is a waste of time.
