Online aptitude test that had you solve various types of problems (math, pattern, and grammatical). Make sure you aren't distracted by anyone since the questions move fast. There is an optional survey at the end which was quite time consuming.

Overall a smooth process. Did a 30 min personal interview and 30 min technical interview. The technical interview asked a lot of brain teaser type questions. Also, had you do addition/multiplication in your head testing for speed and accuracy.
