Interview
Phone interview which consisted of two calls 30 min each with two different employees, back to back. Then an onsite which entailed meeting with 4 employees, both extremely heavy on overcomplicated behavioral questions and some simple mental math.

Question 1
When have you made a mistake at work and what did you do about it? This was asked of me by 3 different interviewers, they seemed to be scrambling to try to think of which question to ask, some had a sheet with questions. When I asked about the role or they tried to describe it they did not really understand, they just said "This is a new role".

2 phone interviews and an onsite final round interview. They said they would get back to me and never responded to my follow up after I spent more than 4 hours of my time with them answering their questions. The people who work for this company do not care about their candidates and are very disrespectful.
