I applied through a University recruiter, and got an email shortly after asking me to complete an online assignment. The assignment had three main portions- pattern recognition, basic arithmetic, and reading comprehension. Nothing too crazy. A week or two later, I got an email saying I had been selected for a first round phone interview. It was two back to back 45 minute interviews, the first being purely quantitative and the second behavioral. I did not prepare sufficiently, and really struggled through the brainteaser section. If I had to give some advice, I would say spend a lot of time doing brainteasers and mental math, as they are a completely different way of thinking and approaching problems.
