First round with the recruiting PM. Followed by a round of interviews, with other PMs and quant researchers. And a Functional/behavior with HR. Some amount of coding based testing. The decision process takes further time before a final decision.
Long interview process involving many technical rounds.
Had a bunch of HR-like interviews interleaved where I was asked about things like "How have I overcome tough situation in work?", "What is one situation where I disagreed with somebody?". Felt very odd interview for a quant position, have never done that for any other firm.
