I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Chicago Trading Company
Interview
A recruiter reached out to me. Initial technical discussion + behavioral chat with a senior recruiter at CTC, then I got moved straight to an onsite with multiple technical and behavioral rounds. There is a big emphasis on "tell me about a time when..." type questions. After that I supposedly got "positive feedback" according to the recruiter and was moved to a team matching stage but there has been silence since for a few months now. This is extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of time.
