Tell me about a time that you had to influence someone.
Three rounds of interviews. First round is a screen by the hiring manager followed by a meeting with some traders on the desk and finally an on-site. The process was fairly standard and the questions asked focused heavily on strategy and how you’d deal with trading decisions rather than math and stats.
