Was asked 2 hours worth of "tell me about a time" style behavioral questions, there were some techincal rounds as well which were pretty average for the industry. The company seemed to value behavior a lot, seemingly moreso than techincal ability, as "not hiring a-holes" was emphasized and mentioned by virtually every employee I interacted with during the interview process. It felt kinda weird there was such a heavy emphasis on this as I've never had a problem with there being an a-hole epidemic at any previous place I've worked. I noticed other companies tend hire for this trait by while being a lot less explicit about it, rather they look for humbleness in responses and ease of directing candidates during interviews. Recruiters were reasonably fast and overall I found the interview experience fine, I just disagree with what they should be interviewing/looking for.
