The interview process was fairly lengthy—I was involved for about a month and didn’t make it to the final stage. It begins with a one-way video interview, followed by the first round, which includes two hour-long virtual interviews. If you advance, the second round consists of three hour-long virtual interviews. During this stage, I was informed that the final step would be an in-person interview at one of their restaurants or possibly even their headquarters in Atlanta. Overall, most of the questions were standard and straightforward. However, the second round included a few elements that stood out. Candidates were expected to be familiar with the story of Truett Cathy (Chick-fil-A's founder) and share which parts resonated with them. Thankfully, a first-round interviewer advised me to prepare for this, which I appreciated. That said, I did feel that some questions asked during the second round, particularly about my personal and family life, were unrelated to assessing my fit for the role. Lastly, I requested to reschedule the final interview during the second round, but a week later, I was informed that the interviewer was unavailable and received a rejection instead. While the process was thorough, there were moments where communication could have been clearer.

It was awful. You have to have an interview with nobody. It is a computer asking you questions which is very off purtting and impersonal. Then sometime later you get a rejection letter.
