Streamlined - my recruiter helped me set it up and the interviewer was casual but professional. The interview process was easy with only a phone call and then they set up an in person interview where we talked for about half an hour and at the end they let me know I would hear back soon.
Met with the franchise location owner at the store and went over my resume. Then he just asked me a series of questions about marketing, the food industry and what they’re looking for.
