The interview process is lengthy with multiple rounds. It often takes months and I have had up to 8 interviews for one role I did not obtain. Most interviews are virtual live interviews, while the last couple are in-person at the office.

General questions such as: why CFA, why this role, why did you leave your previous role. I did have one that asked me about what my personal brand would be in just a few words. I had one have me work a practice example in front of them. I was asked for specific examples of how I had demonstrated qualities they were looking for in my previous roles, ie: give an example of how you provided support to a project and the outcome.

Interview
Four month process and I was ultimately sent a denial email. Four interviews in total, my final interview was a full day in person being interviewed by the entire team. I was told there would be at least another two interviews if I moved onto the next round. I'll be honest, after so much time invested, I was pretty devastated to get the denial. Great company if you can get in, but I would strongly suggest you not get your hopes up.
