I applied online. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Corporate (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2025
Interview
Digital one way interview, First Round Screening with HR, Second round technical and behavioral with current software engineers, final round with hiring manager. Leaned more towards behavioral rather than deep technical knowledge
Initial Hirevue Interview asking a common interview questions, Coding Assessment on your own time, Interview with Recruiter asking typical interview questions, 2 Interviews with Software Engineers, One is behavioral and One is more technical

Question 1
Name a time you encountered a problem while working with others and how did you resolve it
Apply -> OA -> Recruiter -> Reject
Applied, took the OA which was ridiculously easy (LC dirt), then the HireVue, then got moved to recruiter screen.
Honestly recruiter didn't seem too interested or engaged from the start. Not sure if that played a part in my rejection. I don't think I answered anything wrong.
