The Talent Acquisition lead handling my interview process was incredibly unprofessionally, offering advice on finding places to live before I ever had a job offer. As a part of the final round of interviews, I was given a tour of the corporate offices which seems like a wild thing to do before offering a position to a candidate. I don't need a tour of an office before I have the job - what's the point? Then, on the call letting me know I didn't get the position the only reason I was given was that they hired a candidate who had interviewed more times than I had so they felt obligated to hire them. For a company that claims to be "the most caring company in the world" their hiring process felt incredibly unkind and unfair.
