I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Corporate (Fairfax, VA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I met with the business director and the owner/operator. They went over the job description, and then began to ask me about different positions from my resume, it was pretty straightforward. I will say, however, that each Chick Fil A is franchised, so it may not be the case for everyone.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Corporate in Aug 2014
Interview
The interview was broken down into three 1:1 interviews (Marketing Director, Operator, General Manager). Each interview was very laid back and conversational. Most of the questions involved getting to know me as a person, hobbies/interests, future goals, and commitment levels. It was a quick and pleasant process. Upon accepting the job offer, they presented hourly pay and bonus structure. They asked that I took the weekend to think it over before accepting this job. The requested that I not accept the job if I was only looking for short-term employment, which I respect!
