Very personable, they really want to get to know you! They ask a ton of "tell me about a time when..." questions, which can sometimes be tricky. Overall, every store I have worked at and even corporate interviews are pretty similar! They want to know why you chose CFA and then try their best to get to know what you are like. Very character based.
