From what I've heard, Chick-fil-A (Corporate) is a great place to work, employees tend to stay for most, if not all, of their entire careers. However, the interview process leaves much to be desired. It is a horribly broken and frustrating process. Lack of coordination and confirmation of interview day logistics and contacting references (both personal and professional) prior to any decision made on employment offer are major areas of opportunity. If you find yourself beginning the interview process with this company, word to the wise, pack your patience, you will need it.
