Interview
After filling out the application on the website, they emailed me back in 2 weeks inviting me to do a recorded video interview. The link lets you do practice questions so you know what the interview will be like. It was 4 questions that were asked by a recorded person, and they gave you 2 minutes to think about the answer and then you record yourself giving the answer. They get back to you in 10 days, but I just did it, so I don't know what is next.

I applied online and got asked to fill out an additional application with questions. I heard back a couple weeks later and was asked to do a video interview. I was given 4 interview questions total and had to record my answers within a minute of reading the question. I heard back a month later with a rejection email saying I wasn't invited to the next step of the interviewing process.

They asked (1) Why chickfila? (2) Describe a situation where you failed and what you gained from the experience? (3) Describe a conflict with a co-worker and how you handled it and (4) Describe a situation where you took on a leadership role and how you handled it.
