I applied online and received a phone call from HR about two weeks later. We set up a phone interview for a week later. During the phone interview, the discussion was based around my past. From childhood, to HS, and thru my current job, we talked about it all in great detail. In the end, it was discovered that my skill set did not match up with the job. HR stated that she would pass my resume on to another department and hopefully I will hear from them soon.
