You have to come in prepared so practice interview questions and dress for success. Look professional, a hiring manager always likes to hire someone who is presentable to the community. I have never had an interview but this is advice that I have been given

Panel interview. Many questions that bordered on personality but very subliminal. They try to trick you with some very narrow-minded questions, and if you don't seem customer-oriented or job-focused, they abruptly end the interview. That didn't happen in my case; I just feel it may be an age thing (I am 49) and an educational issue (I am in graduate school waiting on my internship, which will be in 2019). So what's wrong with that?

Interview
I had four interviews in total. The first one was with the hiring manager, second with a manager, third with the assistant director, and last one was with a manager. My first three interviews were about 10 to 15 minutes. My last one was about 20 to 25 minutes, my last interview was a lot more in detailed. She asked questions about managing work and school, where do i see myself in five years. College.. After the manager finished, the hiring manager came back and offered me the job, discussed the salary, orientation and my next steps.
