Chick-fil-a was very quick on turnarounds, responding on each step within several days. Very transparent about where in the process I stood. Interview at HQ lasted a little over 2 hours, 3 different interviewers (one HR, two from IT).

Submitted the application online. After that I received an invitation. You need to answer some general questions in a video interview. Next, step is an on-site interview. It was not long. They ask general questions.
