Interview
So many to choose from....
I literally had 7 interviews for the same position without once even speaking to my prospective manager/ dept. head. Layer after layer of HR, phone interviews, Skype, and they flew me to Atlanta for a panel discussion, a one on one with an employee of the department followed by 2 different HR managers meetings. At the end of my day in Atlanta I was informed that I was last 2 of 700+ applicants. We were to go up against internal candidates next and would know in the "next couple of months". I decided then that I would never work for such an HR-driven company that couldn't make a grown-up decision.

Interview
Very detailed interview conducted via webcam. No real trick questions but very thorough. All done via webex. Be sure your camera works on your computer. Interviewer was very nice, very professional and friendly. They told me that thousands had applied, hundreds got the opportunity to fill out the management application and 10-20 reached the video interview stage. I gues I felt good making it that far.
