The interview process is fairly simple. Keep in mind a good high volume CFA will be doing 10-15 interviews a month even when they are not hiring. So it may be a while until you get a call back. The things they look for are 1. What was your first answer to the question, even if you correct a mistake they will take the first answer so think before you speak, 2. Positive attitude. 3. High energy. 4. Focus on the community
Shalow.
They ask me what country I was from, my age. They made little kids manager but they don't even know how to talk to people. Nothing again young one because they can be great. But they one interview me was supper shalow. Also, they never follow up with me. Have to constantly ask about next steps
