Quick phone interview. Nothing drastic, exactly what you would expect from a phone interview. They want to get a feel for each candidate before moving them on to the in person interview. Nothing to worry about.
The questions were not through enough and could have been better. Overall it was a good interview but I think they didn't ask the right questions. Wish it would have went better.
