1. Phone Interview.
2. 1-on-1 interviews at the Chick-fil-A campus with four or five employees in the position you are interested in. Also have to take an SAT-like test.
3. Background check and 5 references.
4. 1-on-1 interviews with upper management.
5. Hear back.
This interview process is lengthy, but Chick-fil-A recruits the best-of-the-best.

Would you rather submit something halfway done on-time or all the way done but late?
It was about three rounds - phone screening, video, and in person in Atlanta. Interviewers were friendly and this was a student internship role. I didn't get an offer in the end, but the questions were fairly standard, experienced based and personal fit.

Reached out by Hiring Manager to schedule an interview a couple of days ago for today but the Hiring Manager didn't show up! After waiting 10 minutes at the restaurant an employee called the Hiring Manager and he told the Hiring Manager to tell me to call her to interview over the phone. I just left because it was a waste of time/gas!

Interview
It was super long and it's never a guaranteed position. I went through 2 of 4 interviews. I also believe there is a final interview where you go and meet all the managers and they also have a say in whether you are fit for the job.
