They give you an accounting test which you must pass then I had to go through 5 interviews which I was asked very random questions very few of which had anything to do with accounting. It almost seemed as if they didn't care if I could actually do accounting but were more concerned if I would fit in with their culture.
simply applied on linkedin got an email from a recruiter and then set up a time that worked for us both. It was a video interview - which i think takes some pressure off.

I interviewed with several different manager-level CFA employees. All were very kind and the interview process was very professional. Overall, I had a great experience with these interviews and got offered a position. Unfortunately, I had already taken another position somewhere else by the time CFA gave me an offer.
