I applied online. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Corporate (Fairfax, VA) in Sep 2013
Interview
At the time I was interviewing, this particular Chick-fil-A was conducting multiple rounds of interviews for leadership positions. The first interview was primarily behavioral type of questions. They asked for my responses to follow the CAR method (C: Challenge/circumstance, A: Action, R: Result). The second round focused more on my previous experiences and asked for specific cases or examples of how I handled situations. They also set up scenarios in which I had to audibly think through how I would respond in those situations. I had to provide the decision I made, the action I took, and the result.

Question 1
I did not expect having to respond to the scenarios or situations. Perhaps most surprising was when they asked me to give an example of a time when a guest was upset, I tried to resolve the problem, and they still left unsatisfied.
