I submitted an application via indeed and got a call just a day after for a phone interview. Then got an email the following day for a job opportunities and they called for an in-person interview. Went for the interview and was told they would have an answer the next day but I got called just 2 days after the interview with a job offer.

Interviewed with a few leadership and the owner. Answered questions about work experience and personal life. Many locations want you to start at the cash register and work up to a GM position. Not too great when starting pay is significantly lower than that of a GM.
