Hired as Team Member first. While Working as a Team Member you must take tests for each position, passing scores provide a 25 cent raise. Once all tests are completed you are eligible to apply for the Team Leader position.

The process was good, very straightforward, looking to see if you can work in a fast pace, and stressful environments. They of course want excellent customer service and to always say my pleasure.
Professional yet relaxed. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was very friendly. The store management seemed very wonderful. The interview was only with one woman. A great deal of time was spent explaining the weird hierarchies at the store.

Very easy, got my first job here at 14 had no experience and worked there for 4 years afterwards. They ask simple questions and it’s easy to get the job. I’d reccomend this for anyone needing a new job and has no experience
