The hiring process was a standard set of questions. What do you look for a in a job? What is your strengths, weaknesses? Etc... Took about a week until they called me back,offered me the job. After that I watched training videos for about 3 days and did about 2 days of training on the floor until I was regularly scheduled.
Simple process. Basic questions to determine team fit, ability to work under pressure, etc. They want to make sure you can keep up with high demand of product but also gel with the established staff

They call to set up and interview. First round is basic interview questions like “tell me about yourself”, strengths and weaknesses. Second round is with the manager and store owner asking behavioral/situational questions. Pretty easy process.

Was very nice. The interviewers are very respectful. The employees are all very hard working and very respectful as well while the interview was going on. You need to make sure you wear formal attire.
