My store location had open interviews, where anyone could come in for the first round. When you arrive, you are given an application and a free meal. You then meet with 1-2 team leaders; the only reason for this stage is to weed out those who present a bad image, so look nice and talk professional. The second stage is with the operations manager. This is more of a 'get-to-know-you' interview, so just be yourself and not too uptight. The third interview is with the store owner. The guy is pretty nice, but intimidating, so its best to be calm and relaxed. If he likes you, he'll ask when you can work, and you'll start two weeks later.
