      This was a phone interview. I am older and the interviewer was very interested in wanting to know what I did directly out of college which was 25 years ago. She was not interested in my career for the last 20 years that made me more than qualified for the position.

      Great process and interview. Liked them a lot. Was clear and upfront about expectations and benefits. Almost accepted but it simply did not work out. In another situation I definitely would have accepted the position.
