Met at restaurant after filling out app at store a few days before. Very basic questions... what experience do you have? Are you in college? What are your goals and what you want to accomplish with your life (beyond CFA). How do you handle ...(this or that scenario). Very simple procedure. Just present yourself as clean and happy and friendly.

It was to the point. They were very pleasant and the questions were reasonable not hard answer. They made me feel comfortable and valued as a option. I really wanted to work there
Applied online, received a quick email scheduling an interview. Met with a manager who asked behavioral and customer service questions. Friendly, straightforward process with offer communicated the next day. Very positive.
