Very involved: The application included questions about your life. They really give you every opportunity to share what is truly important to you. The aptitude test is the only "standard" thing involved. You will talk to someone from each of their different rotational groups that are a part of the program. All rounds after the phone screen involve a full day at their office. Which is nice and very inviting - would you expect anything less?
