I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Corporate (Durham, NC) in Dec 2014
Interview
I had about three different Interviews and they were all fairly short, about 45 minutes to hour each. First we simply spoke about my intetions for wanting to work at chick fil a. Secondly, we disscused what they were looking for in an employee , (mind you I say three different Interviews meaning three different days). Then lastly , we mainly spoke about what the expectation are for the company and what they want out of their employees. The overall process was very relaxing not pushy, very welcoming they asked me if I wanted something to drink, I enjoyed it , never felt pushed or anything.

Interview
I would describe the interview process pretty easy. Firstly, there was a few of us so we did a 3 group person interview, then i spoke to someone one on one. I was confident, I keep eye contact and I keep a nice warm smile on my face. So therefore, the interviews knows I'm serious but always will to do whatever it takes to get the job. Before I walked out he asked how are my availability for Saturday I said I can work any time on Saturday but nothing overnight.
