I honestly feel like the interview process is excessive. Interviewed at the store and then at an office. You can have all the years of experience and that still isn’t enough. The interviewers were nice though.

Had an interview scheduled for a management position. Interview went well.. offered to start me at minimum wage and work myself up to prove myself Chik fil A worthy. No thanks!
