I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Corporate (Kingwood, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
You have to fill out a paper application and bring it to the interview. Interviews are held every Monday through 3pm-5pm. It is a walk in process. And it's a one a one interview with the manager. The interview is usually less then 20 min long. In my case, I was not offered a job. I suspected the reasons were that I was over qualified (hold a degree) and lacked customer service experience in the past.

Interview
The interview process was pretty basic. Why do you want to work here? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What can you offer? What days and hours are you available
Very smooth, heard back the same day. It went very well and the manager was super nice. It was about 30 minutes and asked simple behavioral questions. I was a little nervous but it went very well overall!
