I was sat down with several of the store's leaders. I was asked a miriad of questions attempting to feel out what kind of worker I was. We then discussed compensation and the advancement process. Overall a satisfying interview that has not proven to be a waste of time. I have had very little issues with training the staff and building a strong team base.

Interview wasn’t bad. It was a quick process and I was offered the job. I was only offered $14 an hour which wasn’t what I was as looking for. They are a great company tho and if paid more I would definitely work for them
Average. Felt like I did well but ultimately decision was up to manager and I did not get the job. I would like to know the reason I was denied and what I could do to improve.

Harder than I thought. I'm only have on Saturday and Sunday, but they are closed Sundays? This is a huge problem for me, but they were so nice, love their sandwiches.
