I applied online February2021. The process took almost 3 years.
It’s a long process, which I did not mind. After making it through the 4th step, my journey ended completely in 1 week in November 2023 after I submitted my pre-recorded interview. With only 30 seconds to formulate an answer to each question, then 120 seconds to answer (one shot no re-record option). I covered all of their mission statement in the answers. I don’t think Chick fil a is getting “the more qualified” through this process. Now my 3 year journey has ended with a "good luck on your future endeavors"

Describe a time your leadership has created success for someone you were in charge of.
Not so great. It started with a few questions then you move to different levels which is stressful. I got to the stage of video interview, i wasn’t selected to move forward.
Long and very detailed. Numerous steps from essay questions to recorded video answers to live vide interviews. This process takes many months so do not get in a hurry. Met many wonderful people along the way just seemed when I got the Atlanta for an interview it had already been decided.
